1. Executive Summary

REAX MEDIA INC is building REAX.me, a human-first social layer where every serious post starts with a real voice, passes integrity checks, and is rewarded based on how trustworthy and original it is – not how loud or click-baity it looks.

At the center of the system is the Voice Integrity Score (VIS) and the VOKL utility token:

• REAX.me is a short-form social app for 60-second reactions to news, sports, culture, and community moments.

• Proof of Voice and integrity checks keep reactions human and verifiable.

• Voice Integrity Score (VIS) evaluates each reaction on credibility, originality, delivery, impact, community echo, and policy flags.

• VOKL is the in-app utility token that powers rewards, Boosts, prediction markets, staking, and governance access.

Our goal is simple:
Reward real humans for telling the truth, in their own words, at the exact moments culture is forming.

2. Problem: The Synthetic, Low-Trust Feed

Current social platforms are optimized for engagement, not integrity:

• Synthetic and AI spam continue to rise, making it harder to know what’s real.

• Engagement algorithms reward outrage, clickbait, and bots as much as humans.

• Creator incentives are vague, platform-controlled, and rarely tied to long-term credibility.

• Prediction and opinion markets are distorted by anonymous accounts, brigading, and no clear track record of who’s trustworthy.

The result: feeds full of noise, users who no longer trust what they see, and creators who feel they’re renting an audience inside someone else’s opaque system.

We believe the future needs a human-verified, integrity-weighted social layer on top of the internet.

3. Solution Overview: REAX.me & VOKL

REAX MEDIA INC is building:

1. REAX.me – Human-Verified Reaction Layer

   • 60-second voice/video/text reactions (“REAXes”) to real-world events

   • Proof of Voice checks to confirm there’s a real human behind each serious post

   • VIS-ranked feeds: high VIS → more reach, low VIS → less reach

   • Topic verticals across news, sports, culture, and community

2. Voice Integrity Score (VIS)
   A six-factor scoring system that evaluates each account and reaction on:

   • Credibility

   • Originality

   • Delivery

   • Impact

   • CommunityEcho

   • PolicyFlag (penalty)

3. With the formula:

Taken together, REAX.me, VIS, and VOKL form a closed economic loop where:

4. Core Concepts

4.1 Proof of Voice

Proof of Voice is our commitment that serious content originates from real humans.

In practice, this means:

• Device-level checks and liveness prompts during capture

• Voice consistency and anomaly checks over time

• Synthetic and deepfake detection pipelines

• Optional integration with emerging content credential standards

The goal is not to be perfect on day one, but to be measurably better every quarter at filtering synthetic inputs out of a voice-first network.

4.2 Voice Integrity Score (VIS)

The Voice Integrity Score is a 0–100 score applied to accounts and individual REAXes.

VIS is defined as:

Where:

• Credibility – consistency with past claims, factual track record

• Originality – new insight vs recycled talking points

• Delivery – clarity, structure, and coherence

• Impact – how the reaction changes behavior or understanding

• CommunityEcho – how trusted accounts respond and reference the reaction

• PolicyFlag – penalties for violating content or integrity policies

VIS affects:

• Ranking: Higher VIS → higher placement in feeds

• Rewards: VIS bands determine access to daily VOKL reward pools

• Perks: Access to certain features and Pro tools may require minimum VIS thresholds

Over time, VIS is intended to become a portable signal of integrity, not just inside REAX.me but potentially for partners who want a verified human voice layer.

4.3 VOKL Prediction Markets

VOKL Prediction Markets are utility-only prediction markets that live on top of REAX.me content.

Users can stake VOKL on structured markets related to:

• Sports outcomes

• News events

• Culture and entertainment

• Community and local questions (where permitted)

Key points:

• Markets use VOKL, not fiat

• The protocol takes a small rake/fee on each market

• Rewards flow to accurate participants and support ongoing ecosystem emissions

• Sensitive or regulated categories can be limited or disabled by region

Prediction markets give high-VIS voices skin in the game around their claims and forecasts.

From a user’s perspective, REAX.me looks like:

You can use VOKL to:

• Boost REAXes – temporarily increase the visibility of specific reactions in ranked feeds

• Enter VOKL Prediction Markets – stake VOKL on structured markets and share in outcomes and incentives

• Stake & Signal – support creators, topics, and markets, influencing queues and governance

6.1 The Economic Loop (End-to-End)

The economic loop can be described as:

1. Create – Human records a REAX, passes Proof of Voice

2. Score – REAX and account receive a VIS-linked score

3. Rank – Higher VIS REAXes rank higher in feeds; Boosts can amplify within limits

4. Reward – Daily reward pools distribute VOKL to high-VIS contributors and market participants

5. Spend – Users spend VOKL on Boosts, prediction markets, staking, and Pro tools

6. Recycle – A portion of VOKL spent is burned, a portion flows to treasuries and reward pools, and a portion funds ecosystem growth

7. Govern – VOKL holders and the DAO steer parameters and allocations over time

This is designed to be a closed loop driven by real usage and integrity, not a one-time token event.

8. Emissions & Incentive Design

8.1 Community Emissions (65% Over 10 Years)

The 65% community allocation (2.73B VOKL) is fully modeled over a 10-year period.

Key properties:

• Front-loaded bootstrap phase (early years) to:

  • Seed creator rewards

  • Kick-start prediction markets

  • Reward early staking and growth

• Declining emissions over time to:

  • Avoid long-term inflation

  • Protect early participants and late adopters

By Year 10, annual emissions are a small fraction of total supply, with a long-tail designed to support ongoing activity rather than pure growth.

8.2 Reward Sources

Type of activity vs how it earns VOKL:

• Creators:

  • Earn from dedicated reward pools based on VIS bands and per-account caps

  • Higher VIS accounts earn more, but no single actor can capture all rewards

• VOKL Prediction Markets participants:

  • Earn from market outcomes and dedicated incentive pools

  • Rewards favor accurate, high-integrity participation, not just volume

• Stakers and ecosystem contributors:

  • Earn from staking rewards and ecosystem allocation buckets

  • Incentives aligned with improving infrastructure, security, and network health

We do not market VOKL with APY/APR claims. Rewards depend on actual usage and contributions, not on passively locking tokens.

9. Governance Model (High Level)

REAX MEDIA INC and the VOKL ecosystem are designed with a dual-structure model:

1. REAX MEDIA INC (C-Corp)

   • Owns and develops the REAX.me product and brand

   • Signs commercial agreements with creators, partners, and customers

   • Operates servers, apps, and off-chain infrastructure

   • Focuses on user experience, revenue, and business operations

2. VOKL-Aligned DAO / Offshore Entity

   • Holds and manages protocol-level VOKL treasuries

   • Controls on-chain parameters (fees, reward splits, emissions adjustments)

   • Approves grants, ecosystem partnerships, and long-term incentive programs

Over time, the intent is to:

• Start with more operator control (for safety and coherence)

• Gradually shift key protocol settings to DAO-level governance as legal, technical, and community readiness allows

Governance is about parameters and incentives, not individual content decisions. Content moderation stays under clear policy and product rules, not token votes.

10. Risk, Guardrails & Integrity

10.1 Policy & Slashing

To keep the network healthy:

• PolicyFlag penalties reduce VIS for content that violates policy (hate, fraud, spam, etc.)

• Repeat violations can:

  • Drop VIS into low bands

  • Limit access to reward pools

  • Trigger slashing of staked VOKL in egregious cases

All major moderation and slashing actions are logged and subject to review and appeal.

10.2 Synthetic Media & Abuse Mitigation

We treat synthetic abuse as a core risk, not a footnote.

Guardrails include:

Feature availability and limits may vary by region:

• Certain VOKL Prediction Markets may be disabled or modified in specific jurisdictions

• Reward and staking features can be capped or limited where required

• Additional KYC/AML requirements may apply for high-tier usage or governance
