You must be at least 18 years old to access or use any REAX MEDIA INC platform, including REAX.me™ and its associated domains. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Content Ownership

All content, including logos, trademarks, layouts, designs, articles, audio, video, and reactions displayed on REAX platforms, is the sole property of REAX MEDIA INC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Post or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or misleading

• Impersonate another individual or organization

• Interfere with or disrupt the functionality, security, or accessibility of the platform

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or user accounts

REAX reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations at our sole discretion.

4. Accounts & Access

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or threatens platform integrity.

5. Creator Submissions

By submitting content, including written, video, audio, or interactive posts, you grant REAX MEDIA INC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, promote, and distribute that content within REAX platforms and promotional materials. You retain all ownership rights, subject to this license.

6. Disclaimers

REAX MEDIA INC provides all services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data retention, or availability of services. REAX is not responsible for user-generated content and assumes no liability for damages arising from your use.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of REAX services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings related to these Terms or use of REAX platforms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in

Jefferson County, Colorado, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
